Boroko Motors Navara Runout Giveaway Sale Terms and Conditions

To enter the promotion, participants must complete the purchase of a Nissan Navara Pro-4X or a Nissan Navara LE Auto from Boroko Motors Limited and complete the purchase with payment.
Only one (1) gift can be chosen and the gifts will be limited to a single purchase only. Meaning, if you purchase multiple cars, you’re only allowed to choose one gift.
If the car(s) is/are not paid in full the gifts will not be given.

The prizes include the following: A single General Admission NRL ticket which includes return economy airfares on an airline of Boroko Motor’s choice and accommodation for one (1) night only or K5,000 in cash (applied off invoice) or a K5,000 fuel voucher.
The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
If prize 1 is chosen, the airfares are non-transferable and will only be made out to the purchaser or a person nominated by the purchaser.
Boroko Motors reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The travel prize does not include spending money nor does it include Australian visas or travel insurance.
The travel prize is for international flights only from Port Moresby, no internal flights will be provided. Any internal flights must be paid for by the winner and Boroko Motors holds no responsibility to arrange these.
The purchase of the selected Nissan Navara must be complete and no refunds will be provided past 30.09.2024. If a refund is sought, the selected gift will be frozen.
The cash back offer will be applied to the actual invoice.

Boroko Motors reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside Boroko Motors’s control. Any changes will be posted on various Boroko Motor’s platforms such as social media, online or in the dealership.
Boroko Motor’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Boroko Motor’s accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting a prize. Boroko Motor’s further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the giveaway.

Personal data supplied during the course of this giveaway may be passed on to thirdparty suppliers only insofar as required for the fulfillment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, in accordance with Boroko Motor’s Privacy Policy.
